About This Role
- Lead development and ownership of internal Generative AI capabilities aligned with business needs.
- Define product roadmap and manage AI solutions to drive adoption across Corning’s businesses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scale and grow AI functions supporting future business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years experience with at least 3 years as a fullstack developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in python and experience with front-end and back-end web development frameworks (e.g., vuejs, flask).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years; AWS certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum) with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, define technology roadmaps, and drive adoption of AI best practices.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in Generative AI technologies, including Hugging Face and Databricks, in fast-paced digital environments.
