About This Role
- Lead legacy modernization and Agentic AI transformation projects for Financial Services clients, focusing on redesigning and automating banking processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and build GenAI-powered migration and transformation toolchains, including multi-agent AI architectures with governance and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Drive client engagement and pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposals, and mentoring teams for capability building.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Technical expertise in AI Engineering (LLM-powered applications), Legacy Modernization (COBOL, CICS, JCL, z/OS), and Agentic AI (multi-agent orchestration, planner-executor patterns).
- Domain experience in Financial Services including core banking, payments, lending, treasury, or banking operations modernization.
- Bachelor of Technology degree mandatory; MBA preferred. Open to extended client travel with company-covered stay and fly-back costs.

- Experienced in solution architecture for scalable cloud-native and AI-enabled systems, particularly in Financial Services settings.
- Strong client-facing skills demonstrated by stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and business development involvement.
- A track record of leading complex AI-driven transformation programs combining legacy system modernization with innovative GenAI solutions.
