About This Role
- Manage SAP program and project governance by maintaining plans, schedules, and documentation aligned with PMO standards.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries to monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and issues across SAP projects.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and facilitate meetings, acting as liaison among business units, SAP teams, and external vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SAP project coordination or PMO operations.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and project lifecycle (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, along with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education: Mandatory - MBA and Bachelor of Engineering (BTech).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end SAP PMO operations for complex multi-module SAP implementations.
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination involving SAP SD, MM, FI, ABAP, BASIS teams and external vendors within fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with governance frameworks, structured reporting, and process documentation supporting enterprise-scale SAP projects.
