About This Role
- Design and deliver end-to-end product features from user research, flows, wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes for SaaS and enterprise products.
- Structure complex workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy screens into intuitive, easy-to-navigate user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility, maintain design system components, and iterate based on user feedback and product analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Design/UX Design, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process including problem understanding, research, ideation, wireframing, and UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise B2B products, especially data-heavy interfaces like dashboards and workflows.
- Skilled in applying UX fundamentals, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility following WCAG guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile/product development environment with strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
