Support SAP program/project governance by maintaining plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure adherence to PMO standards and compliance.
Coordinate across SAP functional and technical teams (e.g., SD, MM, FI, ABAP, BASIS) to track progress, resolve issues, and manage stakeholder communications including project meetings and steering committee reviews.
Prepare and maintain dashboards, status reports, executive summaries, support resource planning, and manage SAP project documentation and process improvements within the PMO framework.
7+ years of experience in SAP project coordination or PMO operations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and project lifecycle (ECC or S/4HANA).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.
Educational qualification: MBA and/or Bachelor of Engineering (BTech) or equivalent degrees.
Experienced in managing cross-functional SAP teams and facilitating communications between business units, SAP teams, and vendors.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with various SAP modules and PMO tools to support governance, reporting, and process improvements.
