Own SAP SD module support and enhancements including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with SAP MM and FI modules.
Act as functional consultant within the application support team, handling business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation in SAP SD.
Manage SAP SD integrations with external systems (EDI, IDOCs, APIs) and coordinate with multiple stakeholder teams to ensure operational efficiency.
8-12 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years specializing in SAP SD module (SAP SD certification preferred).
Proficient in SAP SD processes: Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Returns, Contracts, Scheduling, Credit/Debit Memos, etc.
Working knowledge of SAP ABAP / Debugging and related technologies: Reports, Module Pool, SAP Scripts, ALV, ALE/IDOC, BADIs, BAPIs, Object Oriented programming.
Bachelor’s degree required (BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA); SAP SD certification preferred.
Experienced in large enterprise SAP landscapes with expertise in SAP SD module integration with MM, FI and middleware systems.
Proven ability to gather business requirements, design SAP configurations, write development specifications, and manage testing and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of issue pattern identification and driving continuous improvements; good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
