About This Role
- Manage the entire intermediaries onboarding and renewal process ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for timely follow-ups and seamless reallocation processes without lapses.
- Support process improvements, audit adherence, handle queries/complaints, and prepare routine MIS reports in presentable formats.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related operational role.
- Graduate degree required.
- Expertise with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Life Asia platform and TEBT knowledge.
- Must have strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder/vendor management.
