About This Role
- Own full P&L for Reddit advertising business in India, targeting revenue growth and sales targets.
- Develop and execute localized sales and market strategy to expand Reddit's digital advertising presence.
- Lead team management, client relationships, and major deal negotiations with top-tier advertisers and agencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years in digital media, advertising sales, or business development; 3-5 years in senior leadership or Head of Business/Sales role.
- Deep experience and network within Indian media, advertising, and agency landscape, preferably Mumbai/Delhi.
- Proven P&L management and consistent track record exceeding sales quotas in a global tech/media environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with strategic and operational ownership of high-revenue digital advertising businesses.
- Strong local market expertise with established executive-level relationships across advertisers and agencies in India.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence product-commercial strategies in a matrixed global environment.
