About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting activities and month-end closing processes.
- Conduct financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L variance reviews with clear commentary.
- Support finance stakeholders through timely reports, SOX controls compliance, and audit responses.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years post-qualification experience if CA/CWA/ACCA; or 6–8 years relevant experience if partly qualified (CA Inter/CWA Inter) or MBA in Finance.
- Certified accounting professional status preferred (CA/CWA/ACCA) or relevant educational background as mentioned.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office with strong financial and accounting knowledge.
- Experience with internal controls and SOX compliance, specifically in shared services or telecom domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational finance within shared services or telecom sectors handling complex month-end and R2R processes.
- Skilled in financial data analysis, reporting, and communicating insights clearly to business stakeholders.
- Capable of independently managing finance operations with strong understanding of compliance and audit frameworks.
