About This Role
- Lead Operations Finance activities across manufacturing sites and external manufacturing within Hyderabad Hub, focusing on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive finance transformation including process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and strong financial governance (SOX compliance, controls).
- Build strategic partnerships with operations, supply chain, site finance, and global stakeholders; provide executive financial insights and influence cross-functional decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–14 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Finance, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Location: Based in Hyderabad Hub with 50% in-office work requirement.
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and manufacturing operations cost drivers.
- Work Experience Required: 12–14 years with leadership in manufacturing finance.
