About This Role
- Create and manage detailed Step Plans and Document Templates for closing acquired legal entities, assessing financial and legal impacts.
- Conduct quality assurance on templates, coordinate due diligence workflows ensuring entities have no assets, liabilities, or obligations before closure.
- Maintain and update the Gallagher GEMS entity management system's LER module and support development of finance-related tools under the Global Finance Change Director.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant prior experience.
- Experience with legal entity rationalization, finance, or corporate simplification activities implied.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in preparing and reviewing complex financial and legal documentation related to entity closures and compliance.
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders across teams to amend and validate assumptions in documentation.
- Capable of supporting process improvement initiatives through development and enhancement of specialized finance and entity management systems.
