About This Role
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement in business operations.
- Manage vendor relationships including performance evaluation, negotiations, and resolving operational issues.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, support budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial policies and contracts.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in finance analysis, business operations, and vendor management with progressive responsibility.
- Proficient in financial modeling using Excel and ERP systems, specifically Netsuite (mandatory).
- Experience with SOW management, vendor management systems like SAP Ariba or Coupa, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; certifications like CFA Level 1 or CIPS are plus.

- Experienced in managing complex vendor relationships and driving process improvements within finance operations.
- Skilled in financial reporting, contract and scope management, with hands-on expertise in Netsuite ERP and vendor management platforms.
