About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITOM and related modules (IRM, CSM, SPM, Service Portal).
- Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into customized ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support; act as single point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow modules: CMDB, Service Catalog, IRM, SPM, CSM, Service Portal.
- Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client engagement involving workshops and executive stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to design and configure multiple ServiceNow modules aligned with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and global teams with exposure to digital transformation projects.
