About This Role
- Lead business analysis for data engineering projects focusing on Property & Casualty Insurance domain to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery including mentoring teams and driving client engagement in cloud-based data platform initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, data engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in data analysis and cloud data platforms with P&C Insurance domain expertise.
- Bachelor's degree required; acceptable qualifications include BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/MBA.
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire data model and insurance reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in data warehousing, data modeling, SQL, ETL concepts, and agile delivery methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing and mentoring teams in data migration and cloud-based data engineering projects within the insurance sector.
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance policy, claims, billing, and underwriting data processes, including Guidewire X-Center.
- Able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, with proven ability to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
