About This Role
- Control and monitor manufacturing and supply chain expenses, headcount, and budget to support decision-making across plant and leadership teams.
- Prepare monthly manufacturing performance reports, coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis alongside Finance.
- Simplify and automate reporting using Power BI; manage KPIs and compliance dashboards; troubleshoot and improve SAP processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, Word, and Presentation software.
- Analytical skills with basic ERP knowledge, specifically SAP.
- Understanding of business and operational excellence principles.

- Experienced in manufacturing and supply chain data analysis with cross-functional coordination skills.
- Capable of independently managing moderately complex issues related to reporting and process improvement with minimal supervision.
