Design, implement, maintain, and support SAP Security roles and SAP GRC Access Control across a global SAP landscape, including RBAC and segregation of duties enforcement.
Administer SAP GRC Access Control configuration, workflows, user provisioning, Emergency Access Management, and access recertification, supporting audit and compliance activities such as SoD, SOX, and ITGC.
Investigate and resolve SAP authorization and workflow issues; support IT risk management and audit remediation; collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP Security projects and upgrades.
7–10 years of experience specifically in SAP Security and SAP GRC within global enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Security role design, SAP GRC Access Control (including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Emergency Access Management), and SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7/EHP8; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is highly desired.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experienced in managing SAP Security in complex global enterprises, including role design, audit compliance (SoD, SOX, ITGC), and risk management frameworks.
Proven ability to handle SAP GRC Access Control configuration and troubleshooting, workflow management, and coordination with auditors.
Capable of independently managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively with PMO, business stakeholders, and technical teams on SAP Security projects and continuous improvements.
