About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of complex full-stack applications using React.js for front-end and Java/Spring Boot for backend.
- Architect and build scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring application performance and responsiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, conduct code reviews, and drive adoption of new technologies within Agile development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Java (Spring Boot), RESTful API design, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Experienced technical leader capable of managing complex full-stack projects and mentoring engineers.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively with product owners and UX/UI designers to translate business needs into software.
