About This Role
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, and engineering execution for enterprise-scale application and data platforms supporting global post-trade operations.
- Drive modernization initiatives that improve platform resiliency, reliability, and delivery of business outcomes at scale.
- Develop senior engineering leaders and promote engineering standards focusing on quality, security, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in enterprise-scale software engineering environments.
- Deep expertise in modern application architectures including distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and event-driven designs.
- Experience with large-scale application and data platform design, including messaging, caching, distributed processing, and financial services environment exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior leader able to balance long-term technology vision with pragmatic delivery in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong background in enterprise application and data architecture with a focus on modernization and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud-native platforms, observability, automation frameworks, and risk management in regulated environments.
