About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication across multiple countries.
- Maintain and update job advertisements and candidate data in ATS and other HR systems.
- Support preboarding and onboarding processes ensuring smooth candidate transitions into employment.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment coordination.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Teamtailor.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Experienced recruitment professional comfortable managing multiple international recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong digital skills with ability to quickly learn and navigate various ATS, HRIS, and people management platforms.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
