About This Role
- Source and screen candidates using portals like Naukri and LinkedIn to meet recruitment targets.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases with regular communication for successful position closures.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is advantageous.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior recruitment experience is a plus.
- Work Mode: Must work from office at Gurgaon location.
- Proficiency with job portals and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets required.
