About This Role
- Design and implement scalable End User Computing (EUC) solutions including VDI, endpoint management, cloud-based and automation technologies.
- Develop and oversee infrastructure and device lifecycle management standards for Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices.
- Lead security and compliance initiatives (zero-trust, EDR, DLP) ensuring industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001 are met.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 years of overall IT experience with 3 to 4 years specifically in EUC Architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in Workspace One, Entra ID, Intune, Tanium, Windows 11 OS, and end-user hardware (Dell/HP/Lenovo).
- Expertise in ITIL, incident and change management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing EUC environments for high-volume BPO operations requiring scalable and secure digital workplaces.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, cybersecurity, and operations to innovate and implement emerging EUC technologies.
- Proven track record of managing and improving endpoint security and compliance frameworks aligned with global standards.
