About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale distributed systems and modern web applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Drive technical strategy and influence product and platform roadmaps while establishing engineering best practices and mentoring senior engineers.
- Develop high-performing backend microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures, collaborating with platform teams to enhance cloud infrastructure and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Core Java (concurrency, multithreading, JVM internals), distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Onsite location requirement: Bengaluru, India.
