Own end-to-end strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management for centrally managed non-IT spend categories (Travel & Hospitality, Professional Services, HR & Admin services).
Drive cost optimization, risk management, compliance, and governance while partnering with multiple internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Business Leaders).
Establish commercial frameworks including rate cards, SLAs, conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and support audits.
Bachelor's degree required.
8-10 years of procurement experience with international sourcing capacity.
Experience with ERP based procurement systems, preferably SAP.
Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and familiarity with contract repositories and sourcing tools (Ariba, GEP, iValua).
Experienced in managing indirect service procurement categories in a centralized procurement model.
Skilled in strategic sourcing, vendor governance, contract management, and cost evaluation with a data-driven approach.
Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, and Business Leadership.
