About This Role
- Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within the Assurance practice and broader firm.
- Develop and execute project roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with firm priorities and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, facilitate decision-making, and drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Data Analytics, or similar roles with experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools; location preference: Mumbai.

- Experienced in leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation and technology implementation projects.
- Skilled at influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams without direct authority in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution, preparing executive-level reports and facilitating steering committees.
