About This Role
- Own administration and optimization of Jira workflows, boards, and reporting for product development.
- Manage Git repositories, permissions, and branching strategies to facilitate engineering-product collaboration.
- Serve as Agile Coach to guide product teams in implementing and enhancing agile methodologies and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in product operations, agile coaching, or similar roles.
- Proven hands-on experience administering Jira and Git in a multi-team environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience coaching teams in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred.
