About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations including Record to Report, Banking, FP&A, Group Reporting, Accruals, and process controls.
- Own P&L, growth, cost optimization, resource planning, and delivery governance for the vertical as an independent business unit.
- Drive operational excellence through client relationship management, compliance adherence, team leadership, and digital transformation initiatives (RPA, AI/ML, automation).
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in Finance & Accounting operations, with 5–7 years in leadership managing large financial teams.
- Qualified accountant designation (CA/CMA/CPA) or Post Graduate degree in Finance.
- Experience with ERPs like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or MS Dynamics.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in F&A operations including leadership; Prior experience in Financial Services or global shared services preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting operations with focus on R2R, Treasury/Banking, Risk & Controls, and FP&A.
- Proven ability to operate as a P&L owner and lead large, global teams under high-pressure, complex environments.
- Experience managing client exec relationships, driving compliance frameworks, and leading digital transformation initiatives within financial operations.
