About This Role
- Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and transportation of shipments meeting customer requirements and service level targets.
- Manage logistics documentation including GST compliance, E-Way Bill generation, invoice processing, and maintain audit-ready records.
- Develop logistics reports and dashboards to analyze transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory trends for actionable decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient in SAP, invoice processing, freight reconciliation, E-Way Bill generation, and knowledgeable about GST compliance and transportation documentation.
- Strong skills in MS Office, Excel, Power BI, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

- Experience coordinating across teams such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth logistics execution and customer satisfaction.
- Operationally focused on transportation management, vendor coordination, and maintaining compliance/audit readiness.
