About This Role
- Analyze business performance and lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes with actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Perform balance sheet and cash flow analysis, working capital management, and support compliance with financial policies and IFRS standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to drive performance improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives in financial planning and analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification preferred (CA, CMA, CPA, MBA).
- 4-8 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO including CO-PA; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work Experience Required: 4-8 years
