Develop, maintain, and govern the firm-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework including policies, standards, and procedures.
Coordinate and execute disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plan (BCP) testing, crisis management exercises, and follow-up remediation for IT infrastructure and applications.
Prepare and present BCP status, risks, KPIs, and test outcomes to senior management to ensure operational resilience and regulatory alignment.
5-10 years of hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, or related disciplines.
Experience in financial services, banking, capital markets, or regulated industries preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related discipline.
Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA), BCP development, DR testing methodologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional and global stakeholders for continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
Demonstrates strong process orientation, project management, and organizational skills within high-pressure environments.
Able to communicate effectively with senior management and maintain alignment between business recovery requirements and IT capabilities.
