About This Role
- Own end-to-end administration, configuration, upgrades, and migrations of PACS, VNA, and Enterprise Imaging platforms within US healthcare systems.
- Lead database and platform engineering including ETL design, performance tuning, platform readiness, and imaging archive/data migrations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies including test automation frameworks, performance testing, post-deployment validation, and quality metrics tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years experience in US healthcare imaging IT with expert PACS/VNA administration and DICOM/HL7 expertise.
- 6 to 8+ years database engineering experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle including performance tuning and ETL development.
- 4 to 6+ years hands-on software QA experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
- Production-level platform engineering experience on Windows Server environments (IIS, application services, certificate management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer comfortable working at the intersection of application SME, database/platform owner, and QA/test automation lead within managed services environments.
- Experience handling complex multi-site imaging deployments, migrations, and upgrades in US health systems with SLA accountability.
- Proficient in technical coordination with OEMs/vendors, risk evaluation, and production quality assurance in regulated healthcare environments.
