About This Role
- Lead engineering teams to develop and deploy enterprise-grade, scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions focused on Claims & Recovery processes within the Chief Operating Office – Fraud & Claims Technology.
- Own architecture, implementation, and operational delivery of multi-agent orchestration frameworks, LLM-based AI services, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and banking platform standards.
- Partner with product managers, AI/ML research, cloud, security, and business stakeholders to define strategy, OKRs, and requirements for responsible AI-powered applications and platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years in management or leadership roles.
- 5+ years experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies; 2+ years deploying Generative AI applications in production.
- Strong background in Agentic AI system design and Banking/Financial domain experience.
- Professional machine learning certifications from multiple cloud providers (preferably Azure or Google) required.
