About This Role
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure issues in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions emphasizing performance, reliability, and security.
- Own change management processes including deployments, upgrades, and system improvements while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure engineering and support in complex, hybrid environments.
- Mandatory skill in enterprise device and endpoint management platforms like JAMF or Intune.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling high-impact enterprise-level incidents end-to-end with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with enterprise security principles, compliance, and ITIL-based processes indicating operational rigor.
- Has leadership qualities demonstrated through mentorship and technical leadership in infrastructure operations.
