About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers developing, implementing, and maintaining GenAI software solutions.
- Design and oversee event-driven architectures and containerized deployments (Kubernetes) to support scalable, real-time data processing and AI model integration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation in GenAI engineering processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering or Technology.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in software engineering with at least 3 years hands-on Python development focused on GenAI use cases.
- Proficiency in containerized cloud deployments (Azure/AWS) and knowledge of CI/CD practices.
- Oral and written English proficiency mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager with proven ability leading software engineering teams on scalable, event-driven, cloud-native applications for GenAI projects.
- Strong technical background in Python application design, containerization, cloud deployments, and modular secure software architecture.
- Familiar with LLM frameworks, data pipeline setup for model training/inference, and continuously updating skills via solution architecture certifications.
