About This Role
- Manage accurate and timely master data records updates including customer, material, vendor, and finance masters following SLAs.
- Monitor, report, and resolve data quality and operational issues, collaborating with global stakeholders and internal teams.
- Drive process improvements and digital solutions for master data management and vendor/customer call back processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5-8 years experience in client-service functions within DATA, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance domains.
- Experience working cross-culturally and in international environments; shared services experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP and MDG platforms is helpful but not strictly mandatory.
