About This Role
- Manage large-scale software engineering projects focusing on performance, responsiveness, and resource utilization.
- Lead development of new features and architectural decisions with limited oversight, including hands-on coding, testing, and debugging.
- Coach and delegate to junior team members while driving continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline (or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in .Net Core, Angular, MVC, API development, and SQL Server is mandatory; Python proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with software development methodologies including Scaled Agile and Scrum; knowledge of financial services industry required.
