About This Role
- Lead and scale the India-based cloud and site reliability engineering team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Own end-to-end site reliability including uptime SLOs, error budgets, disaster recovery, and incident management workflows.
- Drive design, implementation, and maintenance of resilient enterprise cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years managing engineering teams including mentoring and resource planning.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services including AKS, Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Front Door, and API Management.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform, Helm, PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Experience managing mission-critical SaaS environments with operational incident management and production escalations.

- Experienced leader of high-performing cloud engineering teams in offshore India locations.
- Strong background in enterprise cloud architecture and automation within Microsoft Azure environment.
- Proven ability to balance production incident response with platform modernization and drive blameless post-mortem practices.
