About This Role
- Own end-to-end design thinking for complex core product workflows, focusing on usability and workflow effectiveness over aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineers to define problems, communicate design decisions, and ensure clear implementation.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude and Figma to accelerate design exploration, documentation, communication, and streamline handoffs to engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Strong experience designing SaaS or B2B products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience using AI design tools such as Claude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated collaboration directly and regularly with Engineers.

- Experienced in handling ambiguous, complex product problems and simplifying workflows through systems thinking.
- Strategic in working beyond individual screens to consider complete user journeys and can confidently explain design decisions.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment while closely partnering with product and engineering teams.
