About This Role
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards tracking key performance indicators and business trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and insurance partners to resolve issues, align operations, and implement process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Product Operations, or similar role, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in operational or analytical support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or foundational understanding of insurance industry operations or Insuretech.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
