About This Role
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements to translate them into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with product managers, developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure requirements clarity and delivery.
- Perform data analysis on product usage and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, supporting continuous product enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management Support, or a similar IT/software role.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software/product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 Years; Work From Office in Kolkata, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in IT, software, SaaS, web development, or technology-driven organizations with strong business and technical understanding.
- Comfortable managing product documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets), basic SQL, product/project management tools (Jira, Trello), and Agile workflows to effectively support product development and improvement.
