About This Role
- Own Scrum effectiveness across multiple squads in Risk & Delivery, ensuring consistent cadence, ceremony quality, and continuous improvement.
- Coach Scrum Masters and squad leads on agile practices, facilitation, and complex delivery scenarios while resolving cross-squad impediments and dependency issues.
- Facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums and standardize agile delivery practices to align distributed teams on release plans and delivery commitments within a regulated financial services environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6–9 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead including leadership of 3+ concurrent teams in services, enterprise, or banking sectors.
- Demonstrated experience with scaled-agile frameworks such as Scrum of Scrums, LeSS, or SAFe, applied to distributed teams.
- Proficiency with agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence, TFS, Trello, or Rally) and knowledge of agile delivery artifacts required for regulated financial services production deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multiple Scrum teams and coaching Scrum Masters in complex, regulated financial service environments.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve cross-team delivery impediments and standardize agile practices across multiple squads.
- Skilled in aligning various stakeholders (Product Owners, Scrum teams, Engineering leadership) around shared delivery priorities using data-driven metrics and agile governance.
