About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain custom .NetCore software integrated via APIs and deployed on Azure Cloud to support internal and external users.
- Lead and provide technical guidance to development teams across the software delivery lifecycle, including code reviews and Agile/Kanban process adherence.
- Drive application integrations and collaborate on CI/CD pipeline implementation with DevOps to ensure scalable and efficient delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of software development experience with .NetCore platforms integrated through APIs and deployed on Azure Cloud.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Technology, or Accounting.
- Certified AZ-305 or equivalent experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions required.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and remote, virtual team collaboration required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader skilled in architectural patterns like SOLID and CLEAN, with ability to manage complex software projects.
- Proficient with front-end UI libraries such as React or Angular and familiar with Vibe Coding concepts including Github Co-Pilot usage.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills to align cross-functional teams and deliver digital transformation outcomes.
