Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.

Hands-on familiarity with at least one IGA or Privileged Access Management platform such as RSA Governance & Lifecycle (Aveksa), SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, IBM Security Verify, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or Password Manager Pro.
Experience analyzing access data and translating findings into risk assessments, remediation plans, and stakeholder communications; ability to create/modify SQL, PowerShell, Python, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
Experienced in governance-focused roles involving access reviews, attestations, risk remediation, and policy enforcement within regulated environments like financial services.
Strong stakeholder management skills connecting onshore and offshore teams and engaging with audit, risk, and technical partners for coordinated identity governance.
Comfortable operating in control-driven settings requiring detailed evidence preparation for audits and clear, concise reporting to leadership and external stakeholders.
