Own core actuarial model development, testing, documentation, and operational support including RAFM models and assumption management systems.

Demonstrates ability to handle end-to-end actuarial model lifecycle with attention to technical accuracy, auditability, and compliance.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including UK and India teams, auditors, and governance bodies, indicating collaborative cross-functional communication skills.
Shows capacity to enhance automation and streamline modelling operations through VBA, Python, or related tools (though coding skills are advantageous, not strictly mandatory).
