About This Role
- Lead manual, automated, and AI-assisted testing efforts for mobile applications on iPhone and Android to ensure high-quality releases and optimal user experience.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and contribute to automation efficiency and coverage improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan test coverage, report quality metrics, and support release readiness activities maintaining product quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting or testing enterprise-level software product releases.
- Proficiency with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium and Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both manual and automated mobile testing with strong skills in AI-assisted QA tools and test automation frameworks.
- Able to work collaboratively across on-shore and off-shore teams in Agile environments, managing testing priorities effectively.
- Technically skilled with knowledge of C#/.NET or Java/JVM ecosystems, relational databases, API testing, and cloud-based testing platforms like Sauce Labs.
