About This Role
- Lead production planning operations for a manufacturing facility, focusing on Make to Order/Engineer to Order processes and SAP systems.
- Manage production & planning team to align demand and supply, ensuring achievement of business targets and safety standards.
- Drive production planning accuracy, control inventory levels, monitor material availability, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in production planning, specifically in Make to Order/Engineer to Order environments.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP PP & MM modules and strong skills in MS Excel including data analysis capabilities.
- Work mode is onsite at the Chennai plant in Kancheepuram, India (location-specific requirement).

- Experienced in leading production planning in fast-paced manufacturing settings, particularly Make to Order/Engineer to Order processes.
- Strong collaborator across functions such as Customer Service, Procurement, Production, and Manufacturing to optimize on-time delivery.
