Manage and execute multiple projects of varying sizes and durations, including global and regulatory/internal policy compliance projects.
Develop and implement project plans such as schedules, risk management, communication plans, and approval matrices; lead project meetings and regularly report project status to senior management.
Drive project efficiency improvements, transition management, governance and controls, and provide centralized project information including automation and dashboards.
Minimum 18 years of professional project management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing and directing project tasks.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field; graduate degree is a plus.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and familiarity with project management, documentation, and reporting tools; PMP certification is a plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experienced in managing complex, large-scale projects with global scope and regulatory compliance requirements.
Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, including reporting and presenting to executive-level audiences.
Focused on execution with strong critical and strategic thinking, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and escalate issues appropriately.
