Advanced communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams; ability to work independently and prioritize in high-volume environments.
Experienced in hands-on Commvault implementation and advanced troubleshooting within managed services or enterprise backup environments.
Comfortable architecting solutions and collaborating with development teams to enhance product offerings and customer configurations.
Proficient in diverse backup technologies including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and capable of managing complex, multi-application backup scenarios.
