About This Role
- Lead the evolution and implementation of Legion's workforce management solutions, managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
- Configure, test, deliver the system, and support customer training to ensure smooth adoption and business results.
- Define and manage customer expectations, advocate customer needs internally, and deliver consulting leading practices and training to consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer Success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Location: Hybrid in Bangalore or Pune, India.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced in workforce management solution implementation with ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in customer-centric consulting and training, capable of managing customer expectations and facilitating workshops.
