About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage Global Capability Centre (GCC) recharge processes for cost allocation and reconciliation across multiple regions and legal entities.
- Drive financial forecasting, variance analysis, controls, and process improvements including automation initiatives to support global finance stakeholders and business decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- CA, ICWA/CMA, or MBA (Finance) qualification.
- 6+ years of relevant finance experience in a multinational environment.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-regional stakeholder management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in complex formulas and financial analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Global Capability Centre (GCC) or shared services environment with exposure to intercompany accounting and recharge mechanisms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Capable of driving process automation and finance transformation projects within multinational finance operations.
