About This Role
- Manage customer orders and shipments, including invoicing, goods receipt, returns, and accounts receivable using SAP.
- Maintain and update customer master data, pricing, discounts, and conditions within SAP.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling with warehouse and collaborate with internal departments to monitor service levels and delivery times, proposing improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar sales coordination role.
- Higher education degree required.
- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level.
